I'm currently working on a masters degree in plant genetics while working as a research technician (which means I'm constantly short on time). I was very active in the SCA in Avacal (AnTir) in bardic and A&S sort of stuff, prior to this recent going back to school thing. I really enjoy music - almost all kinds except stuff that whines or that is really twangy. I play two instruments flute and piano, and I was learning violin prior to school (tho I'm not very good at it yet). Other then that I live on an acreage with two cats and a plethora of plants... who rarely see me because I spend a zombifing number of hours in the lab. If any one is interested in fiber development I can probably talk your ear off.... I can probably talk your ear off anyhow.
